Atomic Habits - By James Clear
I am still implementing this book after reading it. It is definitely worth your money! I have read many self help books but this one is worth the read. It makes things simple to achieve your goals.

So many times, we can over complicate life and our goals (myself included) but James Clear makes the expectation clear. Tiny goals give you big results! He tells us to break it down to small micro daily goals to achieve your big macro goals. He reminded me the importance of building a plan to achieve what I want in life. To get specific what you want and make plan to go after it. If you can get 1% better each day, that is goal. Aim for that. He invites you to reevaluate your life to look at your habits.
He teaches that we can break our old habits and create new ones. We can change and get better with getting clear about ourselves, what we want to achieve and what we do everyday. Our habits are the key! We can build new ones. At times when we fail to reach our goals, we wonder how we didn’t reach them, but what we have failed to do is to examine our habits. What we do everyday and how is our routine. What can we change? What are we doing? What can get better at? It is a useful and practical book that guides you to see yourself that much clearer. He also entertains us throughout the book with many real world life examples of Olympic gold medalists, award winning artists, life-saving physicians, and star comedians.
